Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! Story
The story begins in Pallet Town, where the player starts a new journey as a Pokémon Trainer. Pikachu becomes the player’s partner and travels alongside them. The main goal is to explore the Kanto region and become a skilled Trainer.
During the journey, players visit different cities, routes, forests, and caves. They battle other Trainers and challenge Gym Leaders to earn badges. Each new area also gives players the chance to discover and catch different Pokémon.
Team Rocket also appears during the adventure and creates problems in different parts of Kanto. Players meet famous characters such as Jessie, James, and Meowth while trying to stop their plans. The journey eventually leads toward stronger battles and the Pokémon League.

The gameplay focuses on exploring the Kanto region, catching Pokémon, and taking part in turn-based battles. Wild Pokémon can be seen moving around the environment, so players can choose which ones they want to approach. Catching uses a simple throwing system instead of normal wild battles in many encounters.
Players can train their Pokémon, challenge Gym Leaders, battle other Trainers, and complete the Pokédex. A second player can also join locally and help during battles and catching. The game also supports features such as Pokémon GO connectivity and Poké Ball Plus.
